1月18日，广西发改委、自然资源厅等部门发布《广西居民小区新能源汽车充电设施建设管理实施细则》明确要加快推动居民小区新能源汽车充电设施建设。《细则》要求落实新建居民小区配建比例要求，坚决落实国家对新建住宅小区停车位应当100%建设充电基础设施或预留建设安装条件的规定。推广应用智能有序充电，充电设施宜采用整体智能充电管理模式，采取负荷管控、智能调度、分时充电等方式优化运行效率。《细则》还对设施安全、电源安全、商业模式及运营与维护等方面进行了规定。 View Details >
