11月3日，云南人民政府发布《云南省综合交通枢纽“十四五”发展规划》提出推动综合货运枢纽绿色低碳发展。推动综合货运枢纽大力发展多式联运、甩挂运输、滚装运输、驼背运输等先进货运组织方式，加快推进城市绿色货运配送，引导企业发展统一配送、集中配送、共同配送等集约化组织方式。充分发挥综合货运枢纽在运输结构调整中的作用，通过完善联运转运、分拨及配送设施和集疏运体系建设，推进煤炭、矿石等大宗货物中长距离运输“公转铁”“公转水”取得积极成效。积极推进枢纽内运输装备清洁化，优先使用新能源和清洁能源车船。 View Details >
