8月11日，上海市发改委印发《上海市能源电力领域碳达峰实施方案》提出，到2025年，非化石能源占能源消费比重力争达到20%，可再生能源和本地可再生能源占全社会用电量比重力争分别达到36%左右和8%。全社会用电量碳排放强度下降至4吨/万千瓦时左右。为实现以上目标，《方案》强调加快氢能技术创新，有序实施基础设施建设，推动氢能多元化利用，2025年全市加氢站数量力争达到70座。探索利用新能源制取氢、氨和可再生合成燃料，提升交通、工业领域零碳燃料利用水平，加快煤电掺烧氨技术研究。 View Details >
