9月17日，《海南省稳经济助企纾困发展特别措施（2.0版）》印发实施。为引促并举激活消费市场，《措施》提出组织开展家电促销活动，开展新一轮新能源汽车下乡活动。按规定延续实施免征新能源汽车购置税政策至2023年底。全面取消符合“国五”排放标准小型非营运二手车的迁入限制。放宽限购政策大力刺激汽车消费。2022年9月至12月期间，阶段性放宽购买小客车限制，激活过期未使用指标，阶段性增加普通小客车增量指标数量。 View Details >
